Aluminium vehicles are becoming more populare amoung pickup trucks, this repair is much different from a steel repai Aluminium is more pliable and special tools are needed to complete repairs. An aluminum station is now the standard resource for body shops to do aluminum repairs. Aluminum also reacts differently to heat, it requires different welding equipment and an understanding of some of the characteristics to repair it efficiently which our technicians are trained to do right here on site. 

We take special pride in our ability to match factory finishes as the final step in your vehicles restoration.  Only factory matched finishes from PPG and Sherwin Williams paint systems are used.  Special attention is given by our Certified Painter to the texture, gloss, and hue on your vehicle. When your vehicle leaves our shop we want it to match just like it did prior to your reapir. 

 We have the capability of repairing both minor and major frame damage, from straightening suspension cross-members and sub-frames from a minor pothole impact to completely bent frame due to a major accident impact. We have twenty five-ton pulling capacity frame bench consisting of 2 frame towers that are moveable 360 degrees around the bench to accommodate all repairs.

Our facility has the capability to handle all your large vehicle needs. Our oversized paint booth will handle any size vehicle that needs repaired and refinished. Put your oversized repairs in our hands. 

When something happend just call us, we will arrange a tow truck and car rental if needed, we will contact your insurance company and walk you through the repair process.

Once the vehicle arrives at our facility, we will wash the vehicle and complete a full free estimate with damages so you know the extent of the damages done to your vehicle. You will receive a copy of the preliminary estimate for your records and we will submit it to the insurance company for you.

Once we have approval we will begin the repairs on your vehicle. We will disassemble your vehicle to identify all damages. This step will include all scans, frame inspection for strucural damages and alignment if needed. Photos will be taken at each step so your insurance company has full documentation of the damages.

We will order any new/used parts that are needed for the repairs. Next the frame and strucural damages will be completed, then we will complete all body work and then any mechanical work that needs to be addressed. 

The refinish process starts with sanding and primer of the vehicle to make sure the paint looks perfect, once that is complete we are ready to mask off the repair and get it ready for the final paint. We use a computerized paint matching system with our paint company. Now that we have a perfect paint match its time to spray your vehicle. 

Now that your vehicle is painted we can reassemble it back together. We will adjust all new parts to make sure the fit is perfect. We will clean the vehicle and make sure everything is completed as per the estimate we have written.  

Your vehicle is fixed! we will update you after we completed our final quality check. At this point we will make arrangments for you to pick up your vehicle and send final invoice to your insurance company. Now you are back on the road again.
